Victor develops a crush on Ethan that inspires him to write all manner of love letters, poetry, sonnets, etc. He starts accidentally leaving them everywhere and when Ethan starts finding them Victor tries to cover it up, fearful of being mocked. But Ethan doesn't react the way he expects.
